What is Health?
The World Health Organization defines Health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

 

Public Health Agency of Canada defines Health as an individual or group must be able to identify and to realize aspirations, to satisfy needs, and to change or cope with the environment
Merriam-Webster dictionary defines Health as the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit

Health is : 
•Specific to person’s life - it is personal
•Dynamic, ever-changing 
•Holistic, not simply the absence of disease
•Related to the quality of someone’s life 
•Related to person’s ability to cope with the challenge of change
